ACCESS V MOVI (hereinafter "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its VODI website (hereinafter "the Website"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data as part of our waitlist registration page.

Data Collected

As part of registering for our waitlist, we collect the following data:

  • Email address: voluntarily provided by the user through the registration form.
  • Language preference: automatically detected based on your browser language or the choice made on the Website (French, Arabic, or English).
  • IP fingerprint (hash): a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your IP address is stored for rate limiting and abuse prevention purposes. Your plain IP address is never stored.
  • User agent: your browser's technical information may be recorded for diagnostic purposes.
  • Registration date: timestamp of your registration.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To inform you of the launch of the VODI platform.
  • To send you communications about VODI (news, launch offers).
  • To prevent abuse and fraudulent registrations.
  • To compile anonymous registration statistics.

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 7 of Algerian Law No. 18-07; Article 6.1.a of the GDPR for European users), which you express by voluntarily completing the registration form.

Data Retention

Your data is retained until the launch of the VODI platform and for a maximum period of 3 years from your registration. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized, unless you have registered as a platform user.

Your Rights

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and receive a copy.
  • Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to object: object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (European users).
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), cryptographic hashing of IP addresses, and restricted data access to authorized personnel only.

Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred and processed outside Algeria, notably through our hosting provider (Vercel, United States) and our database (MongoDB Atlas). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legislation.

Cookies

The Website currently does not use any advertising, analytics, or social media cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service may set strictly necessary cookies for its operation (bot detection). Should this change upon platform launch, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Anti-bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The Website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect its forms against automated submissions. This service operates invisibly: no visual CAPTCHA is displayed. Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP address, browser information, interaction data) to assess whether the visitor is human. This data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum (https://www.cloudflare.com/supplemental-terms/#702942113). We only receive a verification result (pass or fail) from Cloudflare, without access to the underlying data.

Protection of Minors

The Website is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can proceed with their deletion.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
